The 4th Annual Missouri Middle School Basketball Championship is a qualifier-based* tournament with two divisions (School and Club) and features top competition from all corners of MO. 

250+ teams are expected at our 2025 Tournaments!

Game sites include the University of Missouri campus!

The 2024 State Championship featured teams from throughout Missouri offering fresh competition for all squads.  Players hailed from 372 zip codes and 323 hometowns.  Check out the map above to see all the hometowns represented at STATE 2024! #SeeYouAtStateMO 

All team rosters are verified by the State Eligibility Committee prior to tournament play. Last season, we reviewed 15,730 Proof of Eligibility documents!

State Reps attend many of our Qualifier Tournaments to award top teams with their Gold Ticket invitation to State.
