2025 Entry Fees ($350-$425) - 4 game minimum

Single team entry fees are regularly = $425, however a $75 Single Team Entry Discount is available to any team that registers and pays online within ten days of our initial State qualification email notice to the coach or team manager.  A unique Discount Code will be included in that email and expires after 10 days.  Enter that code during registration and the fee drops to $350.  Note: This offer is valid only after the first time a team qualifies and not after any future qualifications.

Multiple team discounts   Enter 3+ teams and receive a $50 discount ($375 per team).  Pay full price at registration and after all of your teams have registered contact us at 217-903-5517 ext. 707, or support@statebasketballchampionship.com  and we'll process the appropriate refund. *Please note discounts cannot be combined*

Your team's spot in the tournament is not final until paid in full.  

1.  Credit or Debit Card.   We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.

2.  Check.  When registering your team, simply select the "Check" option to bypass payment and make a check payable to State Basketball Championship and mail to:

Team Registration Deadline - Friday, March 7th, 2025
Deadline to Submit Player Eligibility Documents - Saturday, March 8th, 2025
Teams that qualify on March 8th and 9th have until Monday March 10th to register if there is available space.

* Note these dates are earlier than last season to allow the State Eligibility Committee to complete its review of all players' Proof of Eligibility Documents.  Space limited to available team spots.
