Dear Coaches and Team Managers:
It is with deep sadness that, due to the national COVID-19 crisis, the 2020 Pennsylvania Middle School Basketball Boys Championship scheduled for March 20-22nd was forced to cancel. We are committed to holding this event for the 200+ registered teams who earned their spots this year and our staff is currently investigating all options including rescheduling as soon as the national health authorities recommend.
A few immediate updates:
Pre-purchased Spectator Tickets. We have begun issuing a full refund to individuals who purchased spectator tickets online. Ticket refunds will be made via the exact payment method used for purchase. Given the thousands of tickets purchased nationally, please allow 2-3 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
State Apparel. All purchased orders are being fulfilled and shipped to families. This fulfillment is expected to be complete by end of day on Wednesday, March 18th. For further questions, please contact the tournament supplier, Printed On Site at firstname.lastname@example.org
The safety and health of our statewide youth basketball community during this challenging and unprecedented time for everyone is our top priority. We will communicate back with you just as soon as we have more details regarding our postponed event.
