Congratulations to the following Qualifiers from the SOYCL League listed below.  Qualification in a division was based on the number of teams, the mix of games played, and the top winning percentages in the standings as of February 9, 2020.   This cutoff date is necessary to allow teams and families ample time to prepare travel plans.
