Occasionally, the State Committee will grant a State qualification to a team based on a solid body of work throughout the regular season.   That body of work needs to include multiple tournaments and/or league play results to even be considered for a review.   

For teams in regions closer to State Qualifying Events, priority will be given to teams who participate in State Qualifying Events during the season.  Approval of At Large Bid Applications will depend highly on the sign up rate of teams who have qualified from State Qualifiers throughout the season.  

Note:   Applications can be submitted beginning December 7, 2023.   Early applications will not be accepted.

These dates allow sufficient time for teams to submit a solid body of work from their season, which is a required part of the State Committee's review process.
